3. Sleep With A Body Pillow

One of the best solutions for back pain is to sleep with a body pillow. When you are pregnant you have to sleep on your side. You cannot sleep on your stomach or your back. Side sleeping can be bad on your spine. You need to make sure that your spine is straight while you sleep. The best way to do this is to use a body pillow. You put the pillow between your knees and it will keep your back in the proper position while you sleep so you don't wake up sore.  

4. Reposition Baby

A common reason for back pain is that the baby is in the wrong position. If the baby is posterior or breach, you will feel a lot of pressure in your lower back. You can do some exercises, like rocking on all fours, which can help to switch the baby's position. In addition, many people see a chiropractor to help position the baby.
